I am a Virtual Postpartum Doula who helps expecting moms prepare for a better fourth trimester than they planned for. I have given birth to four babies and experienced four completely different births and postpartum seasons. It was not until my fourth baby where I took the time to prepare and understand that I CAN have a beautiful and rewarding healing and recovery season with a new baby by my side. Way too often do I hear moms having no idea on what to expect because they simply didn’t know to prepare. That their friends didn’t want to tell them about it because “it would scare them.” Let’s put a stop to that today!
